With reference to the privacy policy of Infonet Solutions Srl (Mod.P02 Rev. 0 del 20/11/2017,
We are distributing this update to provide information in regards to our compliance to the new EU
regulation 2016/679 – GDPR.

  1. Who is the data controller?

  2. What are the details of the data protection officer?
    Infonet Solutions Srl as data controller has appointed Roberto Tecchio as the data protection officer,
    reachable by email at privacy@infonetsolutions.it
  3. What data is processed?
    Data supplied directly from an interested party are processed
  4. What is the purpose of this process?
    Data is collected in order to perform our offered computer maintenance services and to assist with
    the implementation of legal and contractual obligations, accounting compliance, banking, insurance,
    financial and credit protection. The processing of these is performed in the following ways: manually
    and computerized
  5. On what basis are the data processed
    The provision of personal data is mandatory to stipulate in order to provide service contracts, as well
    as, for the preparation of service contracts, commercial offers, and the billing cycle.
    The refusal to provide data for these purposes would prevent the formation of a supply contract for
    services.
  6. To whom are the data communicated?
    The data will be acquired within Infonet Solutions Srl and may be communicated to the staff of the
    sales, management, procurement, administration and support offices, who are the responsible
    persons for the processing of personal data.
  7. How long will data be stored?
    The data of the interested parties that are processed in compliance to a legal obligation will be kept in
    accordance with the law for which they have been collected.
    Data collected for purposes other than legal obligations will be retained for the entire duration of the
    existing contractual relationship and up to 36 months after the termination of the contract, however
    the interested party reserves the right to expressly request the cancellation of this data retention.
  8. What are the rights of the interested party?
    The interested party can exercise the following rights:
    Right of access, Right to cancel, Right to limit the processing of data, Right to the portability of data,
    Right to object to the processing of data,
    Right to propose a claim to the Guarantor for data protection
